Our EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbSales Strategy Execution: /b /pulliDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned service products. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /liliCollaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. /li /ulpbCustomer Partner Management: /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /liliConduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /liliResolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. /li /ulpbReporting Forecasting: /b /pulliProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. /liliTrack and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.). /liliUtilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. /li /ulpbCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /pulliWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals. /liliProvide feedback from the field to influence product development and service improvements. /li /ulpbTeam Leadership Development: /b /pulliLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.). /liliSet clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. /liliFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering. /liliStrong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex and urgent situations. /liliSome work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /liliGood listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate directly with foreign clients. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. /liliClear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and the ability to promote team collaboration.
