P We are looking for a b Retail Merchandiser RTW /b who will support in defining and managing product assortments across different markets, ensuring the right balance between brand representation and sales performance. /pp The role will contribute to building a consistent global buying strategy while adapting assortments to local market needs. /p pb Main Tasks /b /pulli Analyze market trends and competitors /lili Define regional retail selection guidelines and assortments /lili Provide markets with master selection and buying guidelines (including quantity indications) for RTW collections and capsules /lili Support local teams during the buying campaign, ensuring alignment with guidelines before final submission /lili Monitor business performance by channel and market, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and product flow /lili Maintain regular communication with markets to understand local needs and support business performance /li /ul pb The ideal candidate will have /b /pulli Degree in Economics or related field /lili Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Planning /lili Strong analytical skills /lili Advanced knowledge of Excel /lili Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus) /lili High level of accuracy and attention to detail /lili Strong communication and presentation skills /li /ul
