We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Agriculture Sector to be based in our EMEA Headquarters in Torino (Italy).
Business Development in CNH aims to develop and implement growth opportunities to meet long-term Company objectives. Mission includes typical corporate development tasks: M&A and alliances, investing or divesting of asset or division, phasing in-out markets and products, management of intellectual property. The Business Development Manager plays a key role in generating, managing and executing M&A transactions, investments and set-up or redesign partnerships across the Company's regions including joint ventures and participations. Provides full support for special corporate projects that arise from time to time.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Support the full evaluation of new projects and CNHI's initiatives in the region and across CNH brands
- Review financial health, operating performance, providing early warning of cash-flow exposure, suggestions on make or buy decision, support for legal contracts and third parties agreements
- Cooperate with external auditors, investment bankers and external consultancy firms
- Set up of Industrial & Commercial initiatives such as Joint Ventures
- Study the feasibility of OEM projects
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Involved in M&A Transactions
- Finance Project team member in the various strategic and operational projects
- Analysis and implementation of financial key strategies of the area for the CNH businesses and brands
- Reporting to AG Business Development Manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Experience in managing projects (M&A, Assets valuation, Restructuring, New Initiatives, etc) with knowledge of financial models and methodologies used in Business Development/Business Cases/ Corporate Finance
- Ability to operate well within a team is a key success factor
- Flexibility to manage extraordinary workload during closure of the projects
- Knowledge of import/export-related topics, such as: Incoterms, VAT treatment, customs topics, transport documentation
- Strong accounting knowledge/background
- Fluent English is required
