PbOverall Job Description /b /ppThe Channel Marketing position is responsible for defining and developing global programs in a multi-channel environment that support the coordination and maximization of channel partner success in selling Matica Group products and services to targeted markets. This includes definition, development, and management of Matica Group’s channel marketing programs. It also includes channel training, channel events, joint partner marketing opportunities, business development, and channel marketing deliverables including sales tools. /ppFor the studies and planning part, the channel marketing manager should help guiding strategic marketing and sales efforts and help the management to make informed business decisions by providing valuable insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. /ppbr/ppbMajor Job Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop overall channel marketing plan including definition, implementation, promotion, effectiveness and partners satisfaction measurement. /liliCoordination, management, administration and execution of channel programs and campaigns (e.g. MDF, Deal Registration, Partner Portal, Appreciation, etc.). /liliCoordination of Matica Group involvement in major partner events including user conferences, exhibits at industry trade events. /liliMarket sensing to identify emerging channel opportunities. /liliDevelopment and deployment of selling tools and materials (e.g. ROI models, white papers, sales kits/welcome kits, videos, collateral, webinars, etc.) in conjunction with the Marketing Communication Manager /liliDevelopment and delivery of channel sales training. /liliAssistance to Matica Group Channels Sales team and to channel partners in support of sales opportunities. /liliSales support to channel partners for resolution of issues and questions. /liliDevelop annual plans and budgets and manage to define expectations and objectives. /liliLaunch and manage marketing projects (like CRM implementation and development), including project management dimensions by providing activity plans, status monitoring, milestones management, issues highlighting and solution definition. /liliCRM roll-out, management and development throughout all Matica Group organization and Distribution /liliMarket Research: conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Gather data on market size, growth rates, and key players. /liliCompetitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, products, and strategies. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. /liliCustomer Analysis: Segment and profile our current and potential customer base to understand their needs, preferences, and behavior. Use this information to define marketing strategies. /liliData Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, customer feedback, and industry reports. Use statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights. /liliReporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, market trends, and recommendations for senior management. /li /ulpbr/ppbKnowledge and Skills /b /ppbGeneral Marketing /b /pulliDevelopment and management of marketing strategies, mix, and tactics in support of business objectives. /liliProject management. /liliVery strong work ethic. /liliMicrosoft application use. /liliOutstanding communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). /liliCustomer and partner engagement skills. /liliCollaboration and consensus building with multiple internal functions. /liliAnalytical skills and Business Acumen. /liliFluent in Italian and working knowledge of English /liliBanking and check processing skills considered a plus. /liliWorking knowledge of another Latin language (Spanish, Portuguese, French) considered a plus. /liliSalesforce system knowledge and use is considered a plus. /liliPassion for data-driven decision-making and a willingness to practice market research techniques /li /ulpbr/ppbPosition Specifics /b /pulli5+ years of business and market development experience. /liliUndergraduate degree in marketing and/or management, master degree preferred. /liliChannel plan development within the context of a multi-channel global environment. /liliChannel segmentation strategies. /liliFinancial analysis of joint partner programs including ROI and IRR. /liliChannel programs, campaigns, and sales tools development. /liliChannel training. /liliCRM tool development and deployment. /liliExperience in utilizing channels to develop markets in a B2B context. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout Matica /b /ppMatica is a global leader in secure ID issuance and financial card personalization solutions.
