Support the Chef de Rang in table service, carrying dishes, beverages and discreetly removing used trays efficiently. Ensure that the first and last impression of the guest is positive, promoting professionalism through appearance and manners. Guarantee constant replenishment of bread, water and everything needed at guests' tables, contributing to efficient station management. Actively collaborate with kitchen and dining team for a harmonious and timely service flow. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues, demonstrating a positive relationship with the team. Have knowledge of the dishes served in the restaurant and familiarize yourself with the daily menu and beverage offerings to support the Chef de Rang. Be skilled in plating techniques, respecting LQA quality standards. Strictly respect all food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) and workplace safety. Assist in handling and resolving simple guest requests and complaints, reporting more complex issues. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in food service, preferably in luxury hotel settings. Passion for the culinary world and a desire to learn and grow professionally. Strong service orientation, courtesy, and proactivity toward guests and team.
