Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology. /p h3Descrizione del lavoro /h3 pWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to define and execute K-Way’s global digital media strategy, with responsibility across the full marketing funnel — from performance‑driven lower funnel channels to upper funnel awareness and consideration initiatives. This role will drive qualified traffic, conversion and revenue across K-Way’s .com platforms, while also managing and optimizing the digital branding media budget to strengthen brand equity and consideration at scale. The position owns the digital marketing mix across bPPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO /b, ensuring a strong balance between efficiency, growth and brand impact. The role works cross‑functionally with HQ and local markets, managing agencies, budgets and performance, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Brand, and Creative teams in Milan, Turin and Paris. The ideal candidate is both bdata‑driven and brand‑aware /b, comfortable operating at strategic and executional level, and experienced in orchestrating lower and upper funnel channels within a complex international setup. /p bKnowledge, Skills Abilites Required /b ul li7+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands‑on exposure to bPPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO /b. /li liProven experience managing both bperformance marketing and upper funnel digital media /b. /li liStrong background in ecommerce or fast‑paced retail environments. /li liSolid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta platforms and Google Analytics. /li liHighly analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and a clear data‑driven approach to decision making. /li liStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. /li liComfortable working with agencies and cross‑functional, international teams. /li /ul h3Responsabilità /h3 bDigital Media Strategy Channel Ownership /b ul liDefine and manage the global digital media strategy across the full funnel, including channel roles, investment mix and performance objectives. /li liOwn business and brand KPIs (traffic, revenue, ROAS, awareness), managing global/local budgets and agency partners. /li liEnsure media plans are aligned with brand strategy, marketing calendar, promotions and product launches. /li liDrive continuous optimization through structured testing, performance analysis and regular leadership reporting. /li /ul bAffiliate Marketing /b ul liOwn the affiliate strategy and manage relationships with agencies and publishers. /li liDevelop partnerships, manage promotional activity and evaluate commercial opportunities. /liliCoordinate creative assets and promotional mechanics. /li /ul bPaid Social (Performance Branding) /b ul liLead performance and brand paid social campaigns in collaboration with agency partners. /li liDefine full‑funnel objectives (prospecting, retargeting) and work closely with Creative and Brand teams. /li liDrive testing and measurement initiatives to improve effectiveness and incrementality. /li /ul bPaid Search (PPC) /b ul liManage budget, strategy and performance across branded and non‑branded search campaigns. /li liOversee optimization and KPI monitoring to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth. /li /ul bSEO /b ul liCoordinate SEO activities with agency and internal teams across technical, on‑site and content initiatives. /li liReview and prioritize SEO recommendations to maximize organic visibility and performance. /li /ul h3Benefici /h3 pK‑Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
