Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) Sales Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager MICE to join our team. As the face of our luxury hospitality destination, you will be responsible for driving business from the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment.
* Develop strategic relationships with corporations, event agencies, PCOs, and DMCs to secure group bookings and maximize hotel revenue through tailored sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key MICE clients and partners.
* Build and execute a MICE sales strategy to achieve room night, event space, and revenue targets.
* Organize and conduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales trips to promote the hotel.
* Negotiate group contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
* Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and roadshows.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar MICE-focused role within the hotel industry.
* Proven success in selling to corporate and MICE clientele.
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
