* We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity.

* The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.

* Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel may be required.

About the Role:
">
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for staying current with product launches or transitions, maintaining up-to-date sales engagement programs, and developing new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
* Provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
">
* Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
">
* Support marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
">
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing OR R&D dept.
">
* Familiar with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
">
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills (English and one of the European languages).
">
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
">
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
">
