**Job Requirements**The waiter/waitress plays a key role in our restaurant/hotel, supporting the dining room team and ensuring impeccable guest service. Main Responsibilities:
- Assist waiters with table service, bringing dishes and drinks.
- Keep the dining room and service areas clean and tidy.
- Prepare and replenish service supplies, such as silverware, glasses, and napkins.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with managing reservations and welcoming guests.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
**Work Experience**
Requirements: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good knowledge of English in addition to Italian; knowledge of other languages is appreciated. - Ability to work in a team and under pressure. - Positive attitude and customer focus. - Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
