About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture new business opportunities to drive growth and develop new customers, improving the relationship with existing ones.
2. Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
3. Promote 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.
4. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs.
5. Support marketing activities and communication, improving the brand image.
6. Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies, and collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback.
7. Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Electrical, Power, or related fields.
2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
3. At least 3 years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry.
4. Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.
5. Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
6. PV technical background is a plus.
7. Positive attitude, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude, and a team player.
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills, influencing different customer levels.
9. A fast learner with street smarts.
