Key responsibilities of the role include: Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans, and programs. Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics. Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise responses to Customer tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities. Focus on and improve the E2E supply chain to ensure product demand timelines are met, enhancing customer confidence. Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers to ensure successful program delivery. Build strong customer relationships and a service ethic to develop and maintain a competitive advantage across the customer organization. Analyze monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, deliver exceptional performance, minimize costs, and report findings to the Contract Steering Committee. Analyze program performance statistics and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Education/Achievements Proven success in business development from conception to operations, with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business. Experience/Knowledge Sales experience with major commercial accounts negotiation and thorough knowledge of commercial markets. Specific Skills Program Management Experience.
