Sales Professional - Drive Business Growth
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing new business opportunities, developing existing relationships with customers, and driving market share growth. This includes aligning sales targets with customer needs, monitoring performance on a monthly basis, negotiating pricing and contract terms, managing credit lines, and collecting accounts receivable in a timely manner.
Key objectives include increasing revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs, supporting marketing activities and communication, improving brand image, and monitoring competitors' strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields is required.
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
* A minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
* Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.
* A proven track record of successful sales target execution in previous roles.
* PV technical background is an asset.
* Positive attitude, self-driven, diligent, and a team player with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to influence different levels of customers from procurement teams to C-suite executives.
* Fast learner with street smarts.
Additional requirements:
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language.
* Ability to travel regularly, including abroad, on short notice.
