CONTEXT The Product Manager we are looking for will be part of a dynamic, ambitious and people centric work environment, in the Consumer Healthcare Marketing Departmet in Florence. He/she will report to the Category Manager, with responsibility of assigned brands in term of performance and development. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Product Manager who will be called to bring added value in: - Supporting in brand vision and brand strategy definition - Collaboration in definition of Brand Innovation Roadmap and Architecture - Marketing plan development and deploy (ATL & BTL) - Sell out Performance Tracking and Analysis (Database queries, KPI analysis, Periodic internal reports) - Project Management with brief to external and collaborate with internal partner (other offices colleagues, External filed force) - Market research analysis - Forecasting & Financial brand management - Public speaking EXPECTED TRAVEL: up to 30% JOB REQUIREMENTS - Economic or Marketing Master Degree or comparable qualification - At least 2 year experience in Marketing office of multinational company (OTC products in Pharma Industry or FMCG Industry) - IQVIA Database knowledge, Office Suite (mainly excel and power point) - English speaking (at least B2-Upper Intermediate) - Business trips availability Soft Skills - Ownership & Entrepreneurial approach - Good relational and communicational skills - Ability to involve and lead partners - Goal-oriented & Game Changer - Good organizational and analytical skills - Be enthusiastic, curious and want test himself to leave the comfort zone and increase his/her competences - Problem solving attitude The company will offer a permanent contract. lavoro temporaneo, Permanent e Professional Staffing, Ricerca e Selezione, Consulenza HR, Formazione, Outsourcing, supporto alla ricollocazione e attività complementari.
