Your Mission - Receive and evaluate After Sale issues by direct contact with customer; - Evaluate technical issue; - Estimate time and cost of repair; - Identify the procedure of repair or destruction; - Collaborate with all other functions involved in After Sale process (Production); - Manage spare parts orders; - Create documents for the process traceability; - Able to manage customs practices.
