Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up tables with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable service.
- Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy.
- Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Interpret the culinary needs of the clientele.
- Sell the company's products and services.
- Serve food and beverages to diners.
- Clean and tidy the operational area.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and health standards.
Qualifications
We Required
- Knowledge of food and hygiene.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Have a good command English
- Knowledge of gastronomy, national and regional cuisine.
- Knowledge of enology, wine and beverage service.
