We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years. \_\_What You’ll Do\_\_ Growth Strategy Development: - Own and execute a growth marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across Europe and the US, identifying and prioritizing high-impact marketing campaigns using data and experimentation. - Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads into the funnel and convert them into opportunities. - Monitor competitors and industry trends: Identify best practices and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge AI-Driven Marketing: - Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize campaign workflows, personalize user experiences, and automate repetitive tasks. - Analyze data and results to identify emerging trends and quickly adapt strategies. Content Flywheel Mastery: - Build and scale a high-performing content engine that feeds into SEO, social media, and demand generation. - Create and repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, videos, infographics) to fuel inbound growth. Who You Are Experienced Growth Leader: - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles in high-growth SaaS companies operating on international markets. - Proven track record of scaling companies from $10M to $100M ARR. AI Enthusiast: - Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing, from chatbots to content generators, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve. Paid Media Expert: - Extensive experience managing large-scale paid ad campaigns, including a deep understanding of ad platforms (such as Google Ads, YouTube, Linkedin Ads, Gartner Digital Markets, TikTok), keyword and bidding strategies, landing pages, and audience segmentation. Content and SEO Savvy: - Expertise in building content ecosystems that drive inbound traffic and organic growth. CRM Expert & Data-Driven Decision Maker: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools. - Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM for managing leads, creating workflows, and reporting.
