Hologic is now looking for a skilled Breast and Skeletal Sales Specialist to join our team in the North West of Italy, with a primary focus on the breast interventional product line, including Endomag products. In this role, you will act as an effective representative of Hologic and a strong ambassador for our brand, driving the positive promotion of our breast interventional and surgery portfolio.
What To Expect
- Drive business growth, market share and sales performance within the designated territory, covering Piemonte, Liguria, Sardegna and Sicilia, with a key focus on the breast interventional product line, including Endomag products, and the wider breast surgery portfolio.
- Be responsible for achieving relevant performance targets while ensuring excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
- Spend on average 70–80% of your time travelling, regularly visiting customers and supporting them in their working environments such as radiology and operating rooms.
- Develop and implement a structured territory plan and customer segmentation to maximise coverage and focus on the highest opportunity accounts.
- Understand and clearly articulate product features, benefits and applications, positioning Hologic and Endomag solutions effectively within the breast care pathway.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitors and the local market landscape, particularly within breast health and medical devices, using these insights to shape your sales approach.
What We Expect
- Surgical medical device sales experience with a proven track record of driving territory growth and managing complex hospital accounts.
- Solid sales knowledge, including proficiency in core sales methodologies, territory planning, customer segmentation and managing multiple buying influences and decision-making processes.
- Good awareness of the healthcare and competitive landscape in your region, including hospital processes and regulations in radiology and surgical environments, and how Hologic's solutions can support customer objectives and address their challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to ask insightful questions, listen actively, tailor messages to different audiences and deliver high-impact presentations that make compelling clinical and economic cases.
- Strong commercial mindset, combining analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends with a problem‐solving approach to address customer issues, objections and barriers to adoption.
- High level of customer orientation and results focus, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, generating new business and maintaining a disciplined call cycle on high-opportunity accounts.
