Our Instrument & Enterprise Services division is looking for a** **Sales Specialist (M/F)**.**
Remote Based in Italy.
**Position Summary**
As part of the EMEA Sales team, this position is responsible for Contract Renewal & Laboratory Products Division contract sales with existing customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the achievement/overachievement of the sales target set by maintaining, identifying and developing sales opportunities through an out-bound sales activity.
- Accountable for the stated targets in the territory and/or named accounts.
- Take care of the customer relationship to ensure that product portfolio is adopted and the contracts are commercially sound.
- Utilize good customer relationships and service product knowledge to upsell contract renewals to higher contract entitlement and add on services to increase share of wallet.
- Some business development activities with potential customers to qualify potential opportunities and grow the Service Support Contract business maybe required for special campaigns.
- Ensure all customer/prospect records and ensure that the relevant mailing list and database are updated.
- Utilizes data sources to scrutinize and develop sales opportunities with the greatest return on investment.
- Communicates key competitive activities, market trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers
- Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager
**What you could bring to the role**:
- Ability to work independently
- Good Communication skills and excellent listening skills
- Languages - Fluency in Italian and reading, writing and speaking English.
