We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager to drive product sales and achieve annual targets in the Italian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing agents and distributors, developing localized sales strategies, and nurturing key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support agents & distributors in Italy to drive product sales and achieve annual targets — all while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support overall regional growth.
* Understand customer needs in the Italian market, respond swiftly, and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
* Gather and analyze market insights specific to Italy — identifying trends and new sales opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and assist in accurate sales forecasting.
* Handle product quality concerns and customer complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels — ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors.
* Experience in personal care categories (e.g., hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.) is a strong advantage.
* Proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts in Italy.
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
