Position Summary
This role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating and leading sales activities in designated industries, focusing on applications related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects, including corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting rentals, and virtual applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets.
2. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales.
3. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
4. Establish annual industry business plans, including target customer development strategies.
5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
6. Travel regularly to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and distributors, establishing sales territories and goals.
7. Stay informed about new products and market trends.
8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to headquarters.
9. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.
10. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project execution.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. Host customer visits to China headquarters.
2. Participate in marketing events such as trade shows.
3. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.
4. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry.
3. Over 3 years’ experience in project-related roles with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
1. Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills.
2. Strong client orientation and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
Language:
Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
Note: The role requires residence in Italy, and business activities will be conducted within the country.
