Filorga is the Haute-Cosmetics maison inspired by aesthetic medicine, leader in anti‑aging in Pharmacies in Italy* and part of the premium Skin‑Health division of the Colgate‑Palmolive Group.
As our Sell‑In Area Manager you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and developing the Salesforce (composed by Agents) for specific regions. The primary focus is to ensure the achievement of sales targets by implementing corporate guidelines, defining the distribution strategy for independent pharmacies and parapharmacies, and applying corrective actions through accurate analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
* SALES RESULTS RESPONSIBILITY & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Responsible for the assigned commercial area and coordination of its Sales Force (sales reps), through the achievement of business KPIs and people development;
* SALES CYCLES: Active role in the definition and implementation of sales cycles activities and processes with the support of BI, Sales, Marketing and Trade departments;
* COMMERCIAL AND SALES FORCE STRATEGY: Active participation in definition of Commercial Strategy and Turnover targets (Sell‑in – Sell‑out);
* SALES FORCE PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Daily/Weekly monitoring of sales reps performance (main KPIs: productivity, coverage, new doors opening, etc…) and propose actions to the Commercial Director in order to achieve the targets;
* ANALYSIS and FORECASTING: Implementation of actions in order to achieve the Sell‑in and Sell‑out expected targets through the analysis of Sell‑in and Sell‑out reports, data and feedback on promotional initiatives; Develop and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, leveraging historical data and market trends to provide leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision‑making;
* CUSTOMER INVESTMENTS: Responsible of Customer investments in the area (Discounts, End Year Bonus and Marketing/Cooperation);
* SALESFORCE COSTS: Responsible of sales commissions and bonuses budgets for their own area.
Key Challenges: You will lead your team to reach sales and market share goals by using new strategic clusterization and tracking KPIs effectively. At the same time, you will protect the brand’s image and ensure that every commercial initiative aligns with our identity and upholds our premium market position.
