Conduct field visits to customers, including contractors, rental companies, and industrial clients. \r\n Create, manage, and regularly update customer and project data within the CRM/database system. \r\n Identify and pursue business opportunities for Tower cranes, and follow up on sales leads and orders. \r\n Collect project, market, and competitor information to support sales promotion and competitive analysis. \r\n Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. \r\n Participate in major project and commercial negotiations to support regional business growth. \r\n Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary. \r\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of sales experience in engineering machinery, lifting equipment, or heavy machinery; Tower crane experience is preferred. \r\n~ Good understanding of Tower crane applications, technical specifications, and customer operating needs. \r\n~ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. \r\n~ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. \r\n~ Willingness to travel within the assigned region. \r\n~ Your application data may be accessed and processed by our affiliated HR teams located in China for recruitment coordination purposes.
