Seed to Skin is an award winning, rapidly expanding luxurious natural spa brand collaborating with some of the best Spas worldwide. Produced in our in-house state of the art lab at the Borgo Santo Pietro estate in Tuscany, Seed to Skin is a unique skincare and Spa range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Develop a strong understanding of Seed to Skin’s markets, customer needs and competition.
* With this understanding, identify international regions to approach and target Spas which are well suited.
* Implement the sales strategy which will support the continued international growth of the Company and manage these activities to increase market share.
* Targeting Spas will involve various approaches including use of personal network, company network, cold-calling and following up on warm leads, and leads received via the Seed to Skin website.
* Feedback to the Marketing and PR Manager to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
* Evaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, licensing logistics, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile.
* Effectively represent Seed to Skin via online Zoom calls, at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research.
* Follow up with prospective clients and place initial order for product presentation to them.
* Liaison with regulatory consulting company regarding licensing and packaging verbiage.
* Develop T&Cs and negotiate contracts with potential Clients, managing communication right through until opening to build a successful partnership.
* Monitor and respond to business enquiries regarding the sale of Seed to Skin products along with online web enquiries.
* Build optimal customer relations with existing, potential, and new customers.
* Maximise new sales revenue and optimise profitability by analysing statistics and monitoring performance.
* Post opening of accounts, manage each one effectively through regular communication in conjunction with Educator / Customer Support Manager.
Business & Finance
* Analyse business through key performance indicators, identifying key focus areas.
* Along with General Manager, create and prepare Financial Projections for each Spa within the portfolio.
* Focus on Seed to Skin Professional and Retail Sales to achieve sales targets.
Candidate Profile
* Strong sales experience with a luxury brand or hospitality organisation.
* Experience of retail and sales within the skincare or beauty industry is beneficial, along with a recognised beauty therapy qualification.
* Proven track record of identifying and presenting new business opportunities.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver sales, profit and market share goals from a national perspective.
* Highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen - a self-starter
* Flexible attitude towards changing goals.
* Strong and effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across all organisational levels.
* Ability to travel is an important part of this role.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
