Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds within research, healthcare, industry and the academic sphere. /ph3Job Description /h3pReporting to the National Sales Manager Haemophilia (NSM) in the referring Business Unit Area, the Haemophilia Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible to define the Field force business plan that includes a detailed account plan; he/she will be accountable for its implementation by involving and driving the cross functional Haemophilia team (Medical, Access, Community Engagement, Marketing and Supply Chain). He/she is responsible for scientific information related to SOBI products and for the execution of marketing activities, in alignment with the commercial strategies of SOBI. He/she is responsible together with the NSM for turnover of the related business in the area. He/she is responsible together with RAMs to follow SOBI Products local Market Access (e.g. inclusion into Hospital formulary). /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeveloping products and ensuring updates on the SPC and awareness on the disease by involving HCPs in dialogues about clinical evidence, approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescription to appropriate patients. /liliInform Hospital Pharmacists about Sobi product characteristics /liliIdentifying scientific educational needs of HCPs /liliAchieving the objectives defined and agreed with NSM, based on continuous “talk to grow” dialogue oriented to develop the own business acumen and effectiveness /liliBeing accurate in reporting forecasting, sales by single purchase/account analysis monthly and proactively /liliMapping and understanding the needs at account level /liliIdentifying the appropriate profile to be involved in territory activities /liliExecuting the Account Plan, based on segmentation and targeting /liliExecuting marketing launches of new products /liliAttending the regular meetings on sales and scientific updates /liliSupport the RPAM on the management of hospital tenders and/or any other need at account/hospital level related to access matters /liliWorking proactively and cross functionally with Access Team and NSM to ensure the Regional Market Access of SOBI haemophilia products as soon as possible /liliIdentifying Market Access needs, risks and opportunities in his/her assigned area /liliBuilding connection and professional relationship with local stakeholders /liliShowing constantly business acumen by ensuring the updated knowledge of market dynamics /liliAttending local/regional/national Congresses, conferences, scientific events, based on marketing plan /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 2y of relevant experience (in the therapeutic area is preferred) /liliBachelor’s Decree qualifying the profession of the Pharmaceutical Scientific Information (art.122 law 219/06) /liliDriving licence /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
