E-commerce Content Manager
This is an entry-level position that requires 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital content, as well as 2+ years of experience writing or editing product copy.
You should have a strong understanding of how to update pricing, product copy, and visuals with speed and accuracy, and be able to make small changes that improve how things look, read, and convert.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Updating product listings across our website and OTA platforms
* Managing accurate inputs for pricing, dates, images, and descriptions
* Writing and editing short product copy for PDPs and sales channels
You will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to execute updates on time and ensure all SKUs reflect the correct price and availability across platforms.
In this role, you will maintain accurate trackers for product updates and go-live schedules, flag missing assets, inconsistencies, or quality concerns, and take ownership of getting things done right the first time.
To be successful in this position, you should have strong written and spoken English skills, experience with CMS platforms, and great organizational skills.
