Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation process from scratch and serve as a first point of contact for HR, IT, and logistics modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless transition from old to new ERP system (ABAS to AP+)
* Support implementation of AP+ as local Project Manager
* Be responsible for accurate authorization within the company
* Act as primary point of contact for HR, IT, and logistics modules
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* SUPport, train, and educate users during and after implementation
* Be responsible for operational maintenance and support application environment
Requirements:
* College or university degree in Information Technology
* At least 4 years of experience as an ERP specialist in E2E ERP implementation project
* Strong experience with HR, IT, or logistics ERP modules
* Fluent English knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
