The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager within the following activities:
- Support Visual Merchandising to manage materials, special out of the box activities and orders;
- Manage the Masterclasses & Animations creation and organization with our top partners
- Support CRM’s activities - translations and production of all materials specified by HQ;
- Manage all the materials needed for web & social media plan (editorial plan, platform, content, image) in line with communication plan and HQ guidelines;
- Analyze results from the activities carried out, ensuring adequate ROI (visibility, awareness, sell out);
- Support in Sell Out analysis
- Support in preparation of local sales events/meeting;
- Coordinate between local agency and HQ all the PR materials
- Support in preparation of PR & KOLs local events and meetings
- Support in PR & KOLs seeding
- Analyze performances
- Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries;
- Develop and manage reports, analysis, and presentations;
- Analyze competition (Qualitative & quantitative) with monthly report;
- Create an Internal weekly Newsletter with key information for the team
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication Design or equivalent is required
- Passionate about the Luxury Industry and customer centric attitude
- Strong proactivity, analytical skills and accuracy
- Highly organized, flexible and optimistic mindset, with the ability to adapted to fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
