This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently, and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.What you will doEnsure our guests consistently receive the highest level of service excellenceFollow production, portion and presentation standardsMaintain a safe and sanitary work environmentAssist in setting up plans and actions to control food wasteDevelop and mentor the teamWhat you bring+ 2 years of culinary experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurantA creative flair and bring your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiencesAbility to provide guidance to othersFluency in Italian.
