Supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing the mise en place and ensuring a clean, organized workstation at all times;Maintaining professional, respectful, and ethical interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and guests;Demonstrating a proactive team spirit and actively contributing to a culture of cooperation and mutual support;Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including fridge temperature checks, proper food labeling, station sanitation, and appropriate use of cleaning and hygiene products;Monitoring the proper use, care, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools provided;Actively participating in training sessions and consistently applying the knowledge and techniques acquired.
Qualifications
Candidates must already hold a valid work permit for employment in ItalyMinimum of 1 year of previous experience, preferably within hotel or resort kitchensStrong sense of professionalism and reliabilityAbility to work under pressure and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on a rotating shift scheduleHigh attention to detailExcellent command of the Italian language
