If you have a passion for growth and a results-driven mindset, this is the role for you. /ppAs bSales Engineer /b, you will anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit within Northwest (Torino e Valle d’Aosta). /ppYou will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of results; you will pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services. /ppYou are commercially driven, action-oriented, and you make things happen. It’s also requested to collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the systems. Good communication and networking skills are essential, as you will be working with teams across different functions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage sales of products and services to small and medium sized customers within an assigned geographical territory /liliRetain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers /liliEstablish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met /li /ulh3About You /h3pWe are looking for someone with a relevant University or Diploma degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills or equivalent. Experience in managing external and internal customer relationships.
