PbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliLead the local sales strategy based on the company’s long-term development goals and market strategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. /liliDevelop sales plans and budgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic market expansion and identifying potential business opportunities. /liliEffectively develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers. /liliOversee the entire sales process, from customer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, and bid negotiations to contract signing, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. /liliConduct in-depth market research and analysis, including but not limited to national policies, channel information, and product trends, implementing precise and effective market strategies. /liliLead regional marketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the global recognition of the company’s products and solutions. /liliExecute company strategies and related policies, monitor payment collection, and ensure risk control. /liliTrack industry trends (e.g., microgrids, virtual power plants, and other emerging applications) to drive product iterations that meet market demands. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulliMinimum of 3 years of sales experience in benergy storage systems, PCS, microgrids, or related products. /b Candidates with an established customer network are preferred. /liliFamiliarity with international business development processes, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and risk management. bExperience in CI energy storage or microgrid projects is a plus /b. /liliStrong understanding of energy storage system key parameters, with the ability to independently present products and communicate technical solutions. /liliDeep knowledge of the target region’s market culture and business practices, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. /liliProven ability to develop and manage the local market, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. /liliStrong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills, teamwork spirit, and professionalism. /li /ulpbr/ppAdditional Requirements: /pullibFluency in Italian and English is required; /b /liliMust have solid driving skills and a valid driver’s license. /li /ul
