Purpose of the Job
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support to maintenance activities (on site or by remote) on Railway Signalling Systems operated by the Alstom domestic and international Customers. The role includes the responsibility to be the technical Customer interface in global service maintenance contracts and to manage warranty obligations on the projects in the scope of Alstom beeing the Warranty work package owner in charge of QCD (quality, cost and delivery) KPI.

Internal relationships with other Alstom functions: System and Product, Application Engineering, Industrialization, Supply chain departments, Installation.
External relationships with Customer infrastructure operators and maintenance technicians.
